One ordinary mistake revealed a question nobody at the company could answer.

4:42 PM at Northstar Studio: a phone lights up beside an open laptop at the end of the day.

4:42 PM. Tuesday.

Alex Morgan was about to close his laptop when his phone rang.

It was the company's biggest client.

"Alex, I need to ask you something. Why have we received another client's confidential file?"
